3-19-19 FBC Bullard is seeking a full time NextGen Pastor to establish, direct, and coordinate all youth and family ministries of the church in order to meet the needs of the entire congregation. Necessary Skills: Must be organized and able to plan out 6-8 weeks in advance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must be a people person!)Must be a team player and easy to follow. Must be teachable and a lifelong learner. The ability to recognize and build up leaders around them.
Position Scope of Work: Coordinate nursery and children’s workersand volunteersand supplies for Sunday mornings.Provide leadership, long-term vision, and passion in children’sministries that align with the vision of the churchand promote growth of the children (including curriculum and activities).Provide oversight into children’s ministry budget and help develop budgetary needs for upcoming years. Meet with the pastor bi-weekly to “talk shop”and grow inpersonal discipleship. Build, shepherd, and prepare needed teams to carry out successful children’s ministry.

Churches do not have to sign-up for a username or password, you simply fill out a form with the information about the job opening and it is posted on The Ministry Well for free. Your church can specify the deadline for excepting resumes. That is the date the posting will automatically be removed. If no date is given, there is a limit of 3 months. At the end of the 3 months the ad can be re-submitted if desired.
Along with this service, your church can place “want” ads. Trying to get rid of old pews, musical instruments, hymnals, etc., just list it on this site as well.
